各問い合わせに対し、『適切な情報』を提供する必要がある為、FAQ（想定問答集）、インタビューフォーム、製品情報概要などのエビデンスを元に回答をします。また、文献や安全性情報などの最新の情報に触れながら問い合わせ対応を行う事で、日々知識の向上が図れる『薬剤師としての新しい働き方』です。

入社された方の9割がDI業務未経験です。電話応対研修だけでなく専門領域の研修なども用意しており、学術業務が未経験の方でも活躍する事が出来ます。

応募条件

【必須事項】

・1.5年以上のMRの経験
・売上および目標達成におけるコミットメント力 （情報を分析し、計画を立て、実行し、確認をする能力）

理系の知識を活かせる未経験から可能なMSL

仕事内容

MSL（メデカル・サイエンス・リエゾン）としてクライアントビジネスおよび患者さんにとっての最適な治療法の確立に貢献していただきます。
担当する疾患領域における最新の科学知識に基づき、社外医科学専門家と同じ科学者同士の立場で医学的・科学的情報の交換並びに意見交換を通じて、アンメット・メディカル・ニーズ（注：未だ満たされていない医療ニーズ、有効な治療方法がない疾患に対する医療ニーズ）を収集し、育薬に貢献することが主な役割です。

具体的には、担当製品に関連する疾患・治療の国内外の最新情報を収集し、データの解釈や今後必要なデータ等について医療者と議論を行い、インサイト（知見）を得て、より安全な薬剤の使い方の検討や、より使いやすい薬剤への改善に活かします。これにより、治療の効率が上がったり、適応症（対象となる疾病）が増えたり、次の新薬開発のヒントを得ることで、薬剤価値の最大化を実現させることが主な業務です。そのほか、医療者からのリクエストに基づいた質疑対応や、臨床研究の相談窓口としての役割もあります。

応募条件

【必須事項】

下記(ア)～(ウ)のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
(ア) 大学薬学部卒、もしくは理系修士課程以上
※大学あるいは研究機関等で医学的疾患にかかわる勤務（研究）経験者でも上記を満たせば可能
(イ) オフィスメディカルあるいは MSL 経験者で理系大卒以上
(ウ) 臨床開発あるいは学術部門における勤務経験者で理系大卒以上

・関係者との高い関係性を構築・維持出来るコミュニケーション能力
・ PC スキル中級レベル（PowerPoint、Excel、Word、Remote ツール 等）

【歓迎経験】

・英語力（TOEIC700 点以上が目安）、TOEIC を受けていない場合も同等レベルの読み書き・会話できれば尚可
・医療系資格の保有（医師、歯科医師、薬剤師、看護師など）や生命科学系の博士号（PhD）の保有

仕事内容

① 担当エリアのエリアマーケティング（ビジネスフレームワークを用いて、自社製品の優位性・劣位性の原因を明確にする）
② 本社で決定された製品戦略と、エリアマーケティングで得られた結果をもとに、売り上げを最大化する戦術の立案
③ 立案した戦術を支店・営業所のマネジメント層とMRに説明と実行計画への落とし込み
④ 実行計画の KPI・マイルストーンを設定し、PDCAを回せるしくみを確立
⑤ MRとの OJT（主に同行）を通じたトレーニングにより、パフォーマンスの最大化
⑥ ①～⑤を通じて、販売目標の達成に導く
⑦ 並行してご自身で担当（エリア・KOL）を持ち MR 活動を実施
