Worldwide Customer Capabilities (WCC); Worldwide Engagement Planning and Content Capabilities (WEPCC); Worldwide Omni Channel Experience - The WOCE’s strategy is to create and evolve next generation Omni-Channel Capabilities that drive the business while optimizing and standardizing delivery processes and procedures

Purpose/Objective of the job
・ Omni-Channel Experience Lead in assigned market
・ Business Owner for assigned Omni-Channel Capability
・ Pull through of capabilities in Asia/Pacific markets
・ Create channel operating model
・ Define channel standards
・ Subject matter expert for assigned capability

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties
・ Work with omni-channel capability leads to help pull through a diverse capability portfolio including traditional and emerging. Facilitate the onboarding of these capabilities by socializing, preparing and implementing the capabilities within assigned markets.
・ Single point of contact on behalf of omni-channel experience to WCC, Business and Business Info and Analytics (BI&A) in assigned Asia/Pacific Market Cluster
・ Pull through of Omni-Channel Capabilities within the EU Market to act as the first triage point for capabilities
・ Comprehensive understanding of the Omni-Channel Ecosystem and how it applies to assigned market
・ Lead senior leadership market interactions around the evolution, deployment of Omni-Channel capabilities
・ Business owner for assigned Omni-Channel Capability as needed (e.g. web, email, voice, chatbot, artificial intelligence, 3rd party partners, etc)
・ Manages the creation, development, integration and execution of an assigned Omni-Channel capability in accordance with Omni-Channel strategy and roadmap.
・ Collaborates across organization (Worldwide Engagement Planning & Content Capabilities, Information Technology, Omni-Channel Capabilities Standards Committee (legal, medical, marketing and regulatory), and Business Units on key activities like planning, prioritizing, and implementation support for key Omni-Channel Capabilities
・ Identifies needs for digital capabilities and solution enhancement across the enterprise and escalates to the Worldwide Engagement Planning & Content Capabilities Team leaders.
・ Prepares briefings for assigned Omni-Channel Capabilities to senior management and provides input to inform decision making, in collaboration with internal teams including Global Commercialization and functional teams
・ Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on and external/industry digital capabilities
・ Provides input into overarching, Omni-Channel strategies
・ Provides input into agency and/or vendor selection and management agencies / vendors (as appropriate)
・ Develops and maintains operational model in partnership with key stakeholders for assigned Multi-Channel Capability.
・ Provides support for knowledge sharing and skills training around Omni-Channel Capabilities

必要要件 Degree/Certification/Licensure
・ 4 year bachelor’s degree required

Experience - Responsibility and minimum number of years
・ Candidate should possess 7+ years focusing on Omni-Channel Capability development with deep expertise in one or more Omni-Channel Capability

Competencies - knowledge, skills, abilities, other
Experience with Omni-Channel Capability development, including definition of strategy and execution
・ Candidate should possess skills within digital capabilities (pharmaceutical experience preferred)
・ Ability to define and gain support for a new Omni-Channel Capability, including pilots, implementation, and integration
・ Proficient in designing, integration, and implementing Omni-Channel Capabilities
・ Proven track record of collaborating with other teams and delivering results on budget / on schedule/on strategy
・ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
・ Excellent planning, prioritization, management, and organizational skills
・ Excellent management skills, including experience selecting / directing agencies and vendors
・ Proficiency at demonstrating the Core Behaviors
・ Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
・ Experience working with commercial and medical/R&D business partners preferred

Software that must be used independently and without assistance
・ Microsoft Office, Visio, Microsoft Project

Travel - Infrequent (mostly virtual but could require minimal travel depending on market(s))
