仕事内容

As a Production OT Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digitalisation agenda at our Factory. Your responsibilities will include:

・Act as a key point of contact for Future FP initiatives, bridging local management, global teams, and the Factory Line of Business (LoB).
Design and update the digitalization roadmap for the Factory to align with global IT and digitalization strategies.
・Identify business needs and translate them into digital solutions, prioritizing initiatives based on local requirements.
・Lead multiple digitalization projects, overseeing planning, change management, execution, and post-implementation follow-ups while engaging stakeholders.
・Collaborate with QA on digitalization efforts, conduct IT risk assessments, investigate digital tools for production, and support global IT systems like Tulip and POINT.

応募条件

【必須事項】

・Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mathematics, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
・Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production, Manufacturing, or Operations environment, focusing on process improvements or change management of related systems/OT.
・Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese.
・Previous experience or a strong interest in digitalization, and familiarity with pharmaceutical processes or other regulated industries.
・Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment in a proactive, autonomous, and professional manner.
